Terms & Conditions

These terms apply to every order placed through rayw.nl. By completing an order you accept them.

All prices are in euros and include VAT. Shipping costs, where applicable, are shown at checkout before payment.

Payment is processed securely through Shopify. An order is confirmed only after payment has been received.

We describe and photograph every piece as accurately as possible. Minor differences in colour or finish can occur due to screen settings and the nature of the materials.

Availability is shown live; if an item sells out before your order is processed we contact you and refund in full.

Stated delivery times are indicative. Delays caused by carriers or customs do not entitle the customer to cancellation of a dispatched order.

Consumers may cancel their purchase within 30 days of delivery in line with our returns policy.

Our liability is limited to the value of the order concerned, except in cases of intent or gross negligence.

Dutch law applies to these terms. Disputes are submitted to the competent court in the Netherlands.
