Returns

You may return any item within 30 days of delivery, provided it is unworn, unwashed and in its original packaging with all tags attached.

Send an email to Reywares@hotmail.com with your order number and the items you wish to return. We reply with return instructions and the return address.

Return shipping costs are borne by the customer unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Once your return has been received and inspected, the refund is issued to your original payment method within 14 days.

For a different size or colour, place a new order and return the original item. This is the fastest way to secure the piece you want.

If something arrives damaged or is not what you ordered, contact Reywares@hotmail.com within 7 days of delivery with photos. We resolve it at our expense.
